AGBA集團(tuán)今日與Sony Life Financial Advisers Pte Ltd簽署收購(gòu)協(xié)議是次收購(gòu)為AGBA業(yè)務(wù)由大灣區(qū)擴(kuò)展至東南亞地區(qū)的重要里程碑香港和新加坡2023年4月5日 /美通社/ -- 納斯達(dá)克上市公司AGBA Group Holding Limited（“AGBA”“匯邦”）今日宣布于2023年4月5日訂立一份買賣協(xié)議，收購(gòu)Sony Life Financial Advisers Pte Ltd -- 一家在新加坡獲得正式許可的財(cái)務(wù)顧問(wèn)和保險(xiǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)公司。AGBA連同其子公司統(tǒng)稱“AGBA集團(tuán)”或“匯邦集團(tuán)”，為一家總部在香港的領(lǐng)先一站式金融超市。
